McDonalds Corners Agricultural Society is having their Annual General Meeting & Elections!

Are you looking for a way to support your community?

Join us on Sunday, January 26th at 2pm for the Annual General Meeting to make your voice heard.

All community members are invited to attend! We are seeking nominations for all Executive Board Positions! We would love to have you join our board and help make the Agricultural Society a wonderful place for everyone. There is also a zoom link and secure online voting option availble for any paid society members who will be unable to attend in person.

(President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary, and Homecraft Director)

UPDATES: 2024 Review (incl. Financial Statements) and 2025 Events & Planning

All community members are eligible to vote upon payment of an $7 membership fee. If you wish to be considered in the vote for an elected Board seat, you may stand for nomination at the time of the meeting, or in advance by emailing Secretary Maggie Keenan at mdcasagm@gmail.com

All votes shall be completed anonymously and counted/confirmed by the end of the meeting (including online ballots)
